Caleb Kelly (American football)

Caleb Kelly (born September 23, 1997) is an American former professional football player. He played linebacker.

Early Life and High School:

Kelly was a highly-rated recruit coming out of Clovis West High School in Fresno, California. He was a consensus five-star recruit and one of the top linebackers in the nation. He received numerous accolades for his high school performance and was a highly sought-after college prospect.

College Career:

Kelly played college football at the University of Oklahoma from 2016 to 2021. He was a significant contributor to the Sooners' defense, playing multiple linebacker positions throughout his career. He earned All-Big 12 honors and was known for his tackling ability and leadership qualities. His college career was impacted by injuries, which limited his playing time in later seasons.

Professional Career:

Kelly entered the NFL as an undrafted free agent. He signed with the Cleveland Browns in 2022 but was subsequently waived. He then signed with the Green Bay Packers' practice squad, later being released. He did not appear in any regular season NFL games.
