Bogle (dancer)

The Bogle was a popular Jamaican dance move and, by extension, the nickname of Gerald Levy, the dancer who popularized it. The dance involves rhythmic stepping motions and arm movements, often described as a combination of shuffling and swinging. It became a cultural phenomenon in Jamaica during the 1990s and subsequently spread internationally through reggae and dancehall music and videos.

Gerald Levy, known as Bogle, Mr. Bogle, or Father Bogle, was a highly influential figure in dancehall culture.
