Bob Smith (Australian footballer, born 1906)

Bob Smith (1906 – Death date unknown) was an Australian rules footballer who played for Fitzroy and South Melbourne in the Victorian Football League (VFL) during the 1930s.

Smith, a defender, first appeared for Fitzroy in 1931 and played there for three seasons. He crossed to South Melbourne in 1934 and added a further 16 VFL games to his career. He was not part of South Melbourne's premiership team in 1933, having already departed Fitzroy. Records of his football career after 1934 are currently unavailable.
