Blanche (singer)
Blanche, stage name of Ellie Delvaux (born June 10, 1999), is a Belgian singer and songwriter. She represented Belgium in the Eurovision Song Contest 2017 in Kyiv, Ukraine with the song "City Lights," finishing in fourth place with 363 points.
Prior to Eurovision, Blanche gained recognition as a contestant on the fifth season of The Voice Belgique, the French-language version of The Voice, in 2016. She was eliminated in the live shows stage.
Following her Eurovision success, "City Lights" charted in multiple European countries, including reaching number one in Belgium (Wallonia). Blanche has since released several singles, demonstrating a style often characterized as electronic pop or alternative pop with elements of trip-hop influence. She continues to work on her music and explore different sounds.
