Amarillo Sky (album)

Amarillo Sky is the debut studio album by American country music artist McBride & The Ride. It was released in 1992 via MCA Records. The album produced four singles: "Honky Tonk Saturday Night," "Same Ol' Story," "Amarillo Sky," and "Just One Night." "Honky Tonk Saturday Night" was the only single to reach the top 40 on the Billboard Hot Country Singles & Tracks chart, peaking at number 26. The album itself reached number 46 on the Billboard Top Country Albums chart. The album is notable for showcasing the band's traditional country sound with influences from rock and honky-tonk. The track "Amarillo Sky" became a signature song for the band, although it was not a major chart success at the time of its release.
