Alpo Rusi

Alpo Rusi (born 1949) is a Finnish academic, diplomat, and author. He holds a Doctor of Social Sciences degree. Rusi has held various positions within the Finnish Ministry for Foreign Affairs, including serving as a Special Adviser to the Prime Minister on foreign and security policy.

His career has been marked by controversy, notably regarding allegations of past connections to the East German intelligence agency, the Stasi.
