Alpo Rusi
Alpo Rusi (born 1949) is a Finnish academic, diplomat, and author. He holds a Doctor of Social Sciences degree. Rusi has held various positions within the Finnish Ministry for Foreign Affairs, including serving as a Special Adviser to the Prime Minister on foreign and security policy.
