Allan Robertson (politician)

Allan Robertson (born circa 1950s/1960s) is a Scottish politician, representing the Scottish National Party (SNP). He served as a Member of the Scottish Parliament (MSP) for the constituency of Banffshire and Buchan Coast from 2007 to 2021.

Robertson was initially elected to the Scottish Parliament in the 2007 election. During his time in parliament, he served on several committees, including those related to Rural Affairs, Climate Change and Environment, and Justice. He was also involved in debates and legislation concerning local issues within his constituency, such as fishing and agriculture.

Robertson did not seek re-election in the 2021 Scottish Parliament election. His political career prior to being elected as an MSP is less widely documented in readily available sources.
