Akhmetov

Rinat Leonidovych Akhmetov (born September 21, 1966) is a Ukrainian billionaire businessman and oligarch. He is the founder and president of System Capital Management (SCM), a major Ukrainian holding company with interests in metallurgy, mining, energy, telecommunications, media, banking, and real estate.
