2015–16 Primera División (women)
The 2015–16 Primera División was the top-flight women's football league in Spain during the 2015–16 season. The season began on September 6, 2015, and concluded on May 15, 2016. Sixteen teams competed in a round-robin format, playing each other twice, once at home and once away, for a total of 30 matches per team. The team finishing at the top of the table was crowned champion and qualified for the UEFA Women's Champions League. The bottom two teams were relegated to the Segunda División. Atlético Madrid won the title.
