1990 World Matchplay (snooker)
The 1990 World Matchplay was a professional snooker tournament held in Brentwood, England, from October 6 to 13, 1990. It was a non-ranking event.
Steve Davis won the tournament, defeating Jimmy White 18–12 in the final. This was Davis's third World Matchplay title.
The tournament featured 16 players, invited based on their ranking and performance. Matches were played over a best-of-17 frames format until the final, which was best-of-35 frames.
The tournament was sponsored by Rothmans.
