Vladimir Denisov (ice hockey)

Vladimir Denisov (born June 29, 1984) is a Belarusian former professional ice hockey defenceman. He last played for Yunost Minsk of the Belarusian Extraleague.

Denisov played in the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL) for Ak Bars Kazan, Salavat Yulaev Ufa, Torpedo Nizhny Novgorod, Lokomotiv Yaroslavl, CSKA Moscow, Dynamo Minsk and Traktor Chelyabinsk. He also played for Amur Khabarovsk.

Internationally, Denisov played for the Belarusian national ice hockey team in numerous World Championships, as well as the 2010 Vancouver and 2014 Sochi Winter Olympics. He captained the national team on several occasions.
