Valeriy Chaly (footballer)

Valeriy Chaly (Ukrainian: Валерій Чалий; born 15 February 1958) is a retired Ukrainian football player and coach.

Chaly played as a defender. He began his career with Dynamo Kyiv reserves before moving to other clubs within the Soviet Union football system. He is best known for his time playing for Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk during the 1980s.
