Trebelno

Trebelno is a village in the Municipality of Mokronog-Trebelno, southeastern Slovenia. It is the administrative center of the municipality.

Historically, the area belonged to the traditional region of Lower Carniola. The municipality, and therefore the village, is now included in the Southeast Slovenia Statistical Region.

The village is known for the Church of the Assumption of Mary, a prominent landmark featuring Gothic architecture and Baroque alterations. The local economy is primarily agricultural, with some small businesses operating within the village.
