Jack Jarvis (cricketer)
Jack Jarvis (born October 27, 1927, died April 1, 2011) was an English cricketer who played first-class cricket for Gloucestershire County Cricket Club from 1950 to 1960. A right-handed batsman and occasional right-arm medium-pace bowler, Jarvis scored over 5,000 first-class runs with a highest score of 146. He was a consistent performer in the Gloucestershire middle order, contributing significantly to the team's successes during his tenure. After his playing career ended, he remained involved in cricket at the club level.
