Tommy Doherty (Gaelic footballer)

Tommy Doherty is a former Gaelic footballer who played for the Donegal county team. He typically played in the half-forward line and was known for his skill and scoring ability. He was a key member of the Donegal team that won the All-Ireland Senior Football Championship in 1992, starting at left half-forward in the final against Dublin. Doherty also won Ulster Senior Football Championship medals with Donegal. After retiring from inter-county football, he remained involved in the sport at club level.
