Tommy Carr (Gaelic footballer)

Tommy Carr is an Irish Gaelic football manager and former player. He is best known for his playing career with the Dublin senior football team, where he won an All-Ireland Senior Football Championship medal in 1995.

As a player, Carr typically played in midfield. He was known for his athleticism, work rate, and ability to win possession. He was a key member of the Dublin team under manager Pat O'Neill that brought success to the county in the mid-1990s. In addition to his All-Ireland medal, Carr also won Leinster Senior Football Championship medals and National Football League titles with Dublin.

After retiring from playing, Carr moved into management. He has managed several club teams and has also held coaching positions at inter-county level. His management career has been marked by a focus on developing young players and instilling a strong work ethic in his teams.
