Thomas Wyndham (of Clearwell Park) (c. 1692 – 1752) was a British landowner and Member of Parliament.

Wyndham was the son of Francis Wyndham and Sarah Darell. He inherited the Clearwell estate in Gloucestershire from his father.

He served as Member of Parliament for Wells from 1722 to 1727, and again from 1741 to 1747. He also served as Member of Parliament for Dunwich from 1727 to 1734.

He married Jane, daughter of Sir Richard Grobham Howe, 2nd Baronet, of Compton, Wiltshire. They had several children, including:

  • Charles Wyndham, who succeeded him at Clearwell.
