The Power Station (album)
The Power Station is the self-titled debut album by the supergroup Power Station, released in 1985. The band consisted of Robert Palmer (vocals), John Taylor (bass) and Andy Taylor (guitar) of Duran Duran, and Tony Thompson (drums) of Chic.
The album was a commercial success, reaching the Top 20 in both the US and UK. It is known for its blend of rock, funk, and new wave influences.
