The Distillers (EP)
The Distillers (EP) is the self-titled debut extended play (EP) by the American punk rock band The Distillers. It was released in 1999, prior to their signing with Epitaph Records. The EP is notable for showcasing the band's raw, early sound and featuring primarily the band's original lineup, including vocalist and guitarist Brody Dalle. The tracks from the EP generally have a harder, more aggressive punk edge compared to some of their later, more polished recordings. It's considered a foundational release in the band's discography and remains a sought-after item for fans. The EP helped build their initial fanbase and gain attention within the punk rock scene.
