The Amulet (album)

The Amulet is the third studio album by the American post-hardcore band Circa Survive, released on April 3, 2017, through Hopeless Records.

The album follows a conceptual narrative, though the band has been somewhat ambiguous about the specific storyline. Musically, The Amulet expands upon Circa Survive's established sound, incorporating elements of progressive rock, alternative rock, and ambient textures. It features the singles "Lustration" and "Rites of Investiture."

The album was produced by Will Yip, who had previously worked with the band on their album Descensus (2014). The Amulet received generally positive reviews from critics, who praised its complex arrangements, Anthony Green's vocal performance, and its overall atmosphere. It debuted at number 15 on the Billboard 200 chart.
