Terry Anderson (American football)

Terry Anderson is a former American football running back who played in the National Football League (NFL). He was drafted by the Washington Redskins in the ninth round of the 1978 NFL Draft.

Anderson played college football at Bethune-Cookman University. While at Bethune-Cookman, he distinguished himself as a powerful and versatile runner.

In the NFL, Anderson played primarily for the Washington Redskins, although his professional career was relatively brief. He was known for his role as a backup running back and special teams contributor.
