Tepeüstü
Tepeüstü (Turkish: literally "topside-up" or "upside-down") is a Turkish word that describes the state of something being inverted, overturned, or turned upside down. It can refer to a physical object being in an inverted position, or metaphorically to a situation that is chaotic, disordered, or in a state of upheaval. The word conveys a sense of disruption and reversal from a normal or expected state. In some contexts, it can also be used to describe something that is completely wrong or incorrect.
