T2 (band)

T2 was a short-lived British progressive rock band formed in 1970. The group consisted of Peter Dunton (drums, vocals), Keith Cross (guitar), and Bernard Jinks (bass). They are primarily known for their debut album, It'll All Work Out in Boomland, released in 1970 on Decca Records' Deram label.

While commercially unsuccessful at the time, It'll All Work Out in Boomland has since gained a cult following among progressive rock enthusiasts, prized for its heavy, improvisational sound and complex arrangements. The album showcases Dunton's powerful drumming and vocals, Cross's fluid guitar playing, and Jinks' solid bass lines.

T2 struggled to maintain a stable lineup and disbanded relatively quickly after the release of their debut album. Dunton attempted to revive the band name later, but the subsequent projects lacked the spark of the original trio. It'll All Work Out in Boomland remains their most significant contribution and a notable example of early 1970s British progressive rock.
