Strand Church (Rogaland)

Strand Church is a parish church in Strand municipality in Rogaland county, Norway. It is located in the village of Strand, on the island of Idse. The church is part of the Stavanger domprosti (deanery) in the Diocese of Stavanger.

The church is a wooden, long church built in 1853. It replaced an older medieval stone church that stood on the same site. Historical records show a church existing on the site since at least the 13th century. The current church was designed by architect Hans Linstow, and it has a seating capacity of approximately 300 people.
