Steve Gordon (rugby union)
Steve Gordon is a former Scottish international rugby union player. A lock forward, he earned 21 caps for Scotland between 1998 and 2003.
Gordon played club rugby for Melrose RFC and later for the Newcastle Falcons in England's Premiership Rugby. He was a key member of the Melrose side that dominated Scottish club rugby in the 1990s.
He was selected for Scotland's squad for the 1999 Rugby World Cup, playing in several matches during the tournament. His international career included appearances in the Six Nations Championship. Following his playing career, Gordon has been involved in coaching and rugby administration.
