Smokeasac

Smokeasac (stylized in all lowercase) was the professional alias of Isaac Igor Flores, an American record producer, songwriter, and DJ. He was best known for his work with the late rapper Lil Peep, producing many of his most popular songs, including "Benz Truck," "The Brightside," and "Awful Things."

Flores began producing music in his teens and gained prominence through the online music community. He developed a distinctive sound characterized by its blend of trap, emo, and alternative rock influences, often incorporating heavy bass, distorted sounds, and melancholic melodies. His production style became closely associated with the emo rap subgenre.

Beyond his work with Lil Peep, Smokeasac collaborated with other artists in the alternative and hip-hop scenes. His production credits include work with Gab3, Brennan Savage, and Lil Tracy, among others. He also released his own instrumental music projects.

Smokeasac's career was tragically cut short when he died on October 10, 2019. His influence on the emo rap sound and his contributions to the music of Lil Peep continue to be recognized and celebrated.
