Sietow

Sietow is a small village and civil parish in the Mecklenburgische Seenplatte district, in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Germany. It is situated on the southeastern shore of the Müritz lake, Germany's largest lake. The village's history is primarily agrarian, with fishing and agriculture being important aspects of the local economy. Tourist activities centered around the lake have grown in importance in recent decades. The village is part of the Amt (collective municipality) of Röbel-Müritz.
