Michael Perry (basketball)

Michael Perry is a former American college basketball coach. He served as the head men's basketball coach at the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) from 2006 to 2016. Prior to UTSA, Perry held assistant coaching positions at various universities including Saint Louis University, the University of California, Riverside, and Eastern Kentucky University. His tenure at UTSA saw the team achieve notable successes, including a NCAA Tournament appearance in 2011 after winning the Southland Conference tournament. Perry was ultimately dismissed from UTSA in 2016 after a period of declining performance.
