Sierra Blanca (Andalusia)

Sierra Blanca is a mountain range located in the province of Málaga, Andalusia, southern Spain. Part of the Penibaetic System, it rises abruptly from the coastal plain behind Marbella, offering dramatic views of the Mediterranean Sea and the surrounding areas.

The range is known for its white marble and limestone formations, giving it its characteristic "white mountain" appearance. Its highest peak is the Pico de la Concha, reaching an elevation of over 1,200 meters.

The Sierra Blanca's geology and altitude create a unique microclimate, supporting a variety of flora and fauna.
