Rueglio

Rueglio is a comune (municipality) in the Metropolitan City of Turin in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 45 kilometres (28 miles) north of Turin.

Rueglio is situated in the Valchiusella valley. Its economy is largely based on agriculture and tourism, the latter especially during the summer months. The town is known for its surrounding hiking trails and mountain views. Historically, the area's economy also included some mining activity.

The comune borders the following municipalities: Trausella, Vico Canavese, Castelnuovo Nigra, Issiglio, and Val di Chy.

Historically, Rueglio was part of the County of Canavese. The parish church is dedicated to Saint Phillip and Saint James.
