Roatto
Roatto is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Asti in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 35 kilometres (22 miles) southeast of Turin and about 12 kilometres (7 miles) west of Asti. As of December 31, 2004, it had a population of 383 and an area of 6.5 square kilometers (2.5 sq mi).
Roatto borders the following municipalities: Cortazzone, Maretto, Montafia, San Paolo Solbrito, and Villafranca d'Asti. The local economy is primarily agricultural, with vineyards producing grapes for the production of wine.
