Reb Beach
Reb Beach (born Richard Earl Beach Jr. on August 31, 1963) is an American rock guitarist. He is primarily known for his work with the bands Winger and Whitesnake.
Beach gained prominence in the late 1980s as a member of Winger, a successful hard rock band that released three studio albums during that era. His guitar playing, characterized by its technical proficiency, melodic solos, and use of tapping and other advanced techniques, became a defining element of Winger's sound.
After Winger disbanded in the early 1990s, Beach pursued various musical projects, including a stint with Dokken. He also released solo albums showcasing his instrumental guitar skills.
In the early 2000s, Beach joined Whitesnake, replacing Doug Aldrich. He has been a member of Whitesnake's lineup since then, contributing to their studio albums and touring extensively with the band.
In addition to his work with Winger and Whitesnake, Beach has been involved in other collaborations and projects, solidifying his reputation as a highly respected and versatile guitarist in the hard rock and heavy metal genres. He is recognized for his exceptional technical abilities and his contributions to the development of modern rock guitar playing. Winger reunited in the 2000s and continues to record and tour.
