Premonition (John Fogerty album)
Premonition is a live album by American rock musician John Fogerty, former frontman of Creedence Clearwater Revival. It was released in 1998 and showcases Fogerty performing many of his classic songs, both from his CCR days and his solo career.
The album was recorded over two nights, December 12th and 13th, 1997, at the Warner Bros. Burbank Studios in Burbank, California. Premonition features a high-energy performance with a full band and demonstrates Fogerty's enduring musical talent and showmanship. It includes hits such as "Born on the Bayou," "Bad Moon Rising," "Fortunate Son," "Proud Mary," and "Rockin' All Over the World," among others.
The album received positive reviews and was successful commercially, helping to re-establish Fogerty's popularity and relevance in the late 1990s. A companion concert film of the same name was also released, capturing the live performance visually.
