Poshtkuh Rural District (Ardal County)

Poshtkuh Rural District is a rural district (dehestan) in the Central District of Ardal County, Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 5,791, in 1,127 families. The rural district consists of numerous villages and smaller settlements clustered within the mountainous terrain of the region. Its economy is primarily based on agriculture and animal husbandry.
