Paul Fry (baseball)

Paul Fry (born July 26, 1992) is an American professional baseball pitcher. He has played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Baltimore Orioles, Texas Rangers, and Colorado Rockies.

Fry attended South Dearborn High School in Aurora, Indiana, and then played college baseball at Indiana University. He was drafted by the Seattle Mariners in the 17th round of the 2013 Major League Baseball draft.

Fry began his professional career in the Mariners' minor league system. The Orioles acquired him in a trade in 2017. He made his MLB debut with the Orioles on May 27, 2018. He primarily served as a left-handed relief pitcher for Baltimore. He was known for his fastball-slider combination.

In 2022, Fry was claimed off waivers by the Texas Rangers. He was later claimed off waivers by the Colorado Rockies.
