Point Blank (hip-hop group)
Point Blank was an American hip-hop group formed in the early 1990s. Based out of New York City, they were signed to Wild Pitch Records. The group was known for its hardcore, boom-bap sound and streetwise lyrics. Although they did not achieve mainstream commercial success, they gained a following within the underground hip-hop scene.
The group's original lineup consisted of members who went by the names of Poochie, Mike G, and Grand Daddy Rome. They released a single, "Born 2 Roll," on Wild Pitch Records in 1992. They also appeared on various hip-hop compilations. Despite showing promise, the group disbanded sometime in the mid-1990s, and its members pursued other ventures. Further information regarding their individual careers after the group dissolved is limited.
