Pincher Creek (provincial electoral district)
Pincher Creek was a provincial electoral district in Alberta, Canada, mandated to return a single member to the Legislative Assembly of Alberta using the first-past-the-post voting system. The district existed for a relatively brief period in Alberta's electoral history.
The electoral district was created prior to the 1909 Alberta general election out of the larger Cardston electoral district. It encompassed the area around the town of Pincher Creek in southwestern Alberta.
Pincher Creek was abolished prior to the 1913 Alberta general election, with its territory being redistributed into the new electoral districts of Pincher Creek and Claresholm.
The riding was generally considered a Conservative stronghold during its existence.
