Paul Shields (American football)

Paul Shields is a former American football player. He played as a defensive lineman in the National Football League (NFL).

Shields played college football at Colorado State University–Pueblo.

He was drafted by the Arizona Cardinals in the 12th round of the 1987 NFL Draft. He played for the Cardinals from 1987 to 1988. In 1989, he played for the Atlanta Falcons.
