Ondo East

Ondo East is a Local Government Area (LGA) in Ondo State, Nigeria. Its headquarters are located in the town of Bolorunduro. Ondo East is one of the eighteen LGAs that constitute Ondo State. The LGA is primarily inhabited by people of the Yoruba ethnic group. Agriculture is a significant economic activity in the area, with the cultivation of crops such as cocoa, palm oil, and food crops like yam and cassava. Local governance is administered by the elected chairman of the LGA, who is responsible for the administration of the local government area and the implementation of state government policies.
