Nazca (TV series)

Nazca, also known as Ground Defence Force! Mao-chan, is a Japanese anime television series created by Studio Pierrot, directed by Yoshiharu Ashino and written by Hiro Masaki. It originally aired in Japan on TV Tokyo from April 6, 1998, to September 28, 1998, spanning 12 episodes.

The series revolves around Kyoji Miura, a high school kendo champion, who discovers he is the reincarnation of a powerful Incan warrior. He becomes embroiled in a conflict with his teacher, Tate Masanari, who is the reincarnation of a rival Incan priest seeking to resurrect the ancient Incan empire.
