Misc. (album)

Misc. is the third studio album by the Swedish metal band Scar Symmetry, released in 2006. It is the band's final album to feature vocalist Christian Älvestam before his departure in 2008. Musically, Misc. continues the band's signature blend of melodic death metal with progressive and electronic elements. The album's title, "Misc.", is short for "Miscellaneous" and suggests a collection of varied and diverse musical ideas. Lyrically, the album explores themes of philosophical inquiry, science fiction, and social commentary.
