Wilson co-founded Gathering of Developers (G.O.D.), a publisher known for its developer-friendly policies and titles like Serious Sam and Hidden & Dangerous. After the acquisition of G.O.D. by Take-Two Interactive, Wilson went on to co-found Gamecock Media Group, another publisher emphasizing creative freedom for developers, publishing titles like Dungeon Hero and Legend of the Rangers. He later co-founded Devolver Digital, a publisher known for its indie games and irreverent marketing.
