Miguel Baeza (footballer)

Miguel Baeza Pérez (born 27 March 2000), commonly known as Miguel Baeza, is a Spanish professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Romanian club Rapid București.

Career

Baeza began his youth career at CD Tiro Pichón before moving to Real Madrid's youth setup in 2012. After progressing through the ranks, he joined Celta de Vigo in 2020. He made his professional debut for Celta on 4 October 2020, in a La Liga match against Osasuna.

On 27 July 2021, Baeza signed for Portuguese Primeira Liga side Rio Ave. After a loan spell at CD Mirandés in the Spanish Segunda División during the 2022-23 season, he signed for Rapid București in Romania in July 2023.
