Metegol
Metegol, also known as futbolín, futbolito, taca-taca, cancha de futbolito, mesa de futbol, or foosball (among other regional variations), is a table game based on association football (soccer). It typically involves two or four people competing against each other, each controlling a team of small plastic or wooden figures mounted on rotating bars.
The objective of metegol is to score goals by manipulating the rods to move the figures, kicking the ball into the opponent's goal. The game requires strategy, skill, and quick reflexes.
The design and rules of metegol vary regionally. Common variations include differences in the configuration of the figures on the rods, the size and weight of the ball, and the rules governing movement and scoring.
Metegol is a popular recreational activity enjoyed in homes, bars, arcades, and other public spaces worldwide. It is also a competitive sport with organized leagues and tournaments at local, national, and international levels.
