Medical Arts Building (Atlanta)

The Medical Arts Building is a historic skyscraper located in downtown Atlanta, Georgia. Completed in 1927, it is considered one of the finest examples of Gothic Revival architecture in the city. Designed by the architectural firm of G. Lloyd Preacher, the building originally housed medical offices and related businesses, contributing to Atlanta's growing reputation as a regional medical hub.

Notable features of the Medical Arts Building include its elaborate terra cotta facade, pointed arches, and decorative detailing. The building stands 17 stories tall and was among the tallest structures in Atlanta at the time of its construction.
