Matt Doyle (actor)
Matt Doyle (born May 16, 1987) is an American actor and singer, primarily known for his work in musical theatre.
Doyle began his professional acting career at a young age, appearing in regional productions. He made his Broadway debut in 2006 in Spring Awakening. Subsequent Broadway credits include Bye Bye Birdie (2009 revival), War Horse, The Book of Mormon, and Company (2021 revival), for which he won the Tony Award for Best Featured Actor in a Musical.
In addition to his Broadway work, Doyle has appeared Off-Broadway, in regional theatre productions, and in concert. He has also released solo music. He is openly gay and a vocal advocate for LGBTQ+ rights.
