Marcel Tremblay (politician)
Marcel Tremblay is a Canadian politician. He served as a Member of the National Assembly of Quebec for the riding of Chicoutimi from 2002 to 2018, representing the Quebec Liberal Party.
Tremblay was first elected in a by-election in 2002. During his tenure, he held various parliamentary secretary positions and served on several committees, including the Committee on Citizen Relations and the Committee on Labour and the Economy. He was known for his focus on regional development and economic issues within the Chicoutimi region. Tremblay did not seek re-election in the 2018 Quebec general election.
