Manny Fernandez (born October 15, 1954) is a retired American professional wrestler, best known for his time in Jim Crockett Promotions during the mid-1980s.

Fernandez initially gained prominence in the NWA territories, showcasing his tough, no-nonsense style. He was a multiple-time NWA World Tag Team Champion, often teaming with Rick Rude and later Dusty Rhodes as "America's Team". He was known for his aggressive in-ring persona and his finisher, the "Flying Burrito," a running powerslam.

A notable feud was with Abdullah the Butcher, which often resulted in bloody and brutal matches.
