Mahbubul Alam (cricketer)

Mahbubul Alam (born January 1, 1981, in Chittagong, Bangladesh) is a former Bangladeshi cricketer. He was a right-handed batsman and a right-arm medium-fast bowler.

Alam played first-class and List A cricket for Chittagong Division and Chittagong Mohammedan Sporting Club. He made his first-class debut in the 2000/01 season and continued to play until 2007/08. He was known primarily for his bowling.

While not a consistent member of the national team, Alam represented Bangladesh in a few international matches. He played in One Day Internationals (ODIs) for Bangladesh.
