Lynn Peterson (Canadian politician)

Lynn Peterson is a Canadian politician. She served as a Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) in the Alberta Legislature, representing the riding of Calgary-Egmont. She was elected in the 2015 Alberta general election as a member of the New Democratic Party (NDP). Prior to entering provincial politics, Peterson worked as a registered nurse. During her time as an MLA, she served on various legislative committees and advocated for issues related to healthcare, education, and social services. Peterson did not seek re-election in the 2019 Alberta general election.
